Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support donated goods operations. This role focuses on processing donations, sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking merchandise to meet store production and sales goals.

Working in a warehouse environment, you will handle textiles, housewares, electronics, and more, with emphasis on quality, safety, and customer service. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math required.
• No formal education required for the role.
• Ability to learn equipment and technology used in donation processing.

Responsibilities

• Process donations, including sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking.
• Move product to the sales floor to meet production goals.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor and maintain quality standards.
• Assist Ecommerce and ensure timely, courteous customer service.
