Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring to join our store team, delivering a strong customer experience and supporting brand standards. You will process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, and help drive sales while upholding safety rules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting minimum quota and sell-thru targets.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods, and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per floorwork and Picture Process Map standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and follows safety rules to handle hazardous materials.
• Able to lift, bend, push, and manipulate items in a fast-paced, physical environment.
