Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a dedicated team member for our Albany location to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, and prepare stock for display across store departments.

The role requires lifting and moving items in a fast-paced environment, strict adherence to safety rules, and regular attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Meets minimum quota and sell-thru targets for the department.
• Maintains attendance and performs duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Safeguards store property and reports incidents of theft or misconduct.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation following floorwork standards and safety rules.
