Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring at our Albany store to deliver an outstanding customer and brand experience. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and help meet sales quotas on a fast-paced shop floor.

Responsibilities include safe handling of donated goods, maintaining stock and workstation standards, and upholding core values of trust, collaboration, and ownership while assisting customers and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
• Must be able to lift, bend, push, turn, and manipulate fine objects.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Meets minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell-thru set for assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property; reports theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per standards.
