Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Store Associate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and to support sales. You will process donated merchandise, price and tag items, meet quotas, and maintain a clean sales floor while following safety rules.

The role requires English literacy and physical ability to lift and be on your feet daily. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Meets minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell thru set for assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Keeps sales floor and workstation clean following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and follows safety rules and PPE usage.
• Able to lift, bend, push, and manipulate objects in a fast-paced setting.
