Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a part-time team member to support the donation processing and grading at our Loganville location. You will help meet daily production goals in a fast-paced retail environment while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include examining donated goods, processing items, and collaborating with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences. Benefits include weekly pay and staff health coverage options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication in English.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgement.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production.
• Identify problems and seek management support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and peers.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with colleagues.
• Follow training playbooks and work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
