Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot, ND is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department, oversee staffing, clinical quality, and survey readiness in a hands-on role.

You will hire and coach staff, own QAPI and infection control, maintain CMS and state survey readiness, partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team on resident care, and manage the nursing budget and supplies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota or compact eligible.
• Prior DON or ADON experience in skilled nursing or long term care.
• Working knowledge of MDS, QAPI, and the survey process.
• Steady under pressure and good with people.
