Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot, ND, is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department in skilled nursing and long term care settings. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and partnership with the administrative team to drive resident care quality and survey readiness.

You will direct staffing, budget, and QA initiatives, ensuring CMS/ND regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to resident

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota or compact eligibility.
• Prior DON or ADON experience in skilled nursing or long term care.
• Working knowledge of MDS, QAPI, and the survey process.
• Steady under pressure and good with people.
