Lacon Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON, RN) to fill a full-time, salaried position. You will be working in a well-managed facility with a strong support staff. We are looking for a solution-oriented Director of Nursing who can provide guidance and support during uncertain situations. Candidates must be well-organized and motivated.

The position offers a salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience and census, with potential annual survey bonuses of up to $7,500. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and more. An active state RN license and SNF/long-term care experience are required.
