Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience administering HCL Domino Servers.
• Strong knowledge of installation, administration, networking & integration.
• Experience with replication, mail routing, and security management.
• DevOps experience and automation scripting is a plus.
• Ability to support production environments and after-hours work when required.

Insight Global is seeking a Domino Systems Administrator for a top hospitality and cruise industry client. This candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting a large-scale HCL Domino environment that supports both shore-side and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Domino server administration, replication, security, user management, and troubleshooting, while also supporting DevOps initiatives and application deployments. This individual will act as both a systems administrator and technical support resource, working directly with end users, maintaining critical infrastructure, optimizing server performance, and assisting with custom Domino application support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of infrastructure administration, application troubleshooting, automation, and customer-facing support within a dynamic enterprise environment.
