The Texas Rangers are seeking a Minor League Athletic Trainer to work in the Dominican Republic for the 2027 championship season. This role will be based at the Texas Rangers Dominican Complex, handling daily treatments, rehab progressions, and game coverage for players.

You will collaborate with the DR Medical Staff and coaches to ensure injury prevention, rehabilitation, and comprehensive care, maintaining records and traveling with the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Current BOC Certification required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• Prior baseball experience preferred.
• Willing to travel internationally with team.

Responsabilités

• Provide immediate emergency and non-emergency care for injuries during practices and games.
• Create and administer rehabilitation programs for injured players.
• Set up and maintain the athletic training room and inventory.
• Collaborate with S&C coaches, physicians and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Daily game and practice coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and rehabilitation progress in MLB EMR system.
• Educate players on injury prevention, treatment options, and recovery protocols.
