Provides on call crisis intervention, safety assessment and referrals to identified victims of domestic violence and other abuses upon referral from hospital units during non-program hours at Carroll Hospital.
Provides safety assessment, domestic violence and other abuse education and emotional support to identified victims. Formulates safety plan with victim and provides resources. Communicates with medical staff regarding victim's disposition and regarding referrals.
Education: High School diploma/GED preferred
