We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Transportation Supervisor for a leading global logistics provider. This hands-on role will oversee daily ground-freight operations, support team development and ensure customers receive a consistently high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Allocate workloads and oversee daily freight operations
• Monitor workboards, data accuracy, invoicing and operational KPIs
• Support quotations, customer reviews and account retention
• Mentor agents and promote a positive, productive team environment
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and service standards

Requirements

• Four years’ relevant transportation or logistics experience
• Previous supervisory, mentoring or team-lead experience
• Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills
• Organized, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Good numerical, analytical and Microsoft Office skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
