Job summary

Ferrari Express Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Domestic Clerk to handle the accurate creation of domestic shipments, prepare documentation, and coordinate between clients and operations in a secure logistics environment. You will maintain records, enter transactions into logistics software, and support reporting, reconciliation, and cross-functional teams to ensure service integrity across U.S.

locations. A high school diploma is required; familiarity with shipping software and bilingual

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or coursework in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum one year of experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative operations.
Experience in secured logistics or high‑value cargo environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Create domestic shipment orders with origin, destination, value, weight, service level and handling instructions.
Generate and verify shipping documentation including waybills, receipts, and carrier manifests.
Serve as the primary client contact for shipment inquiries and scheduling.
Enter shipment data into logistics software and maintain client profiles and service agreements.
