Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO, is hiring a Domestic Care Tech (DCT) to provide exceptional care for our residents in Parkview Long Term Care in Bolivar, MO. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies, and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the department: Parkview Health Care Facility is a 78-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 15-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

A typical day includes: Knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents.

• Prepares residents for meals, serves, and collects food trays and nourishment, and documents intakes.
• Serves and collects food trays and nourishments.
• Stocks linen in rooms from linen closets.

Job Requirements:

• Education: HS diploma
• Experience: None! This is the perfect job for a high school graduate.
• Skills: Good communication skills, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, intrapersonal skills.
• Licensure/Certification: N/A
• Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace with about 90% of the day spent walking.

The position is PRN (Per Requested Need).
