Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO, is hiring a Domestic Care Tech (DCT) to provide exceptional care for residents in Parkview Long Term Care. CMH includes 34 clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities, and 1 residential care facility, offering a range of healthcare services to the community.

About the department: Parkview Health Care Facility is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility with a 15-bed memory care unit for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

A typical day includes: Applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and procedures in resident care.

• Preparing residents for meals, serving, and collecting food trays and nourishment, documenting intakes.
• Serving and collecting food trays and nourishments.
• Stocking linen in rooms from linen closets.

Job Requirements:

• Education: HS diploma
• Experience: None; ideal for high school graduates seeking entry-level position
• Skills: Good communication, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, intrapersonal skills
• Licensure/Certification: N/A
• Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace, primarily walking about 90% of the day
