Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategy and operations for domain registration management and off-platform enforcement programs. You will drive large-scale efforts to detect, investigate, and remediate abuse affecting Meta's users, products, and brand integrity.

You will partner with legal, policy, trust and safety, and engineering teams to build scalable enforcement workflows, shape program strategy, and influence response to evolving threats across the domain ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, trust and safety, or enforcement operations within tech or domain services.
• Experience coordinating legal, policy, and technical stakeholders with independent execution.
• Background with domain name systems, domain abuse enforcement, registrar/registry ops, or off-platform threat response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategy and roadmap for domain registration management and off-platform enforcement.
• Identify gaps in detection and response, designing scalable interventions to close them.
• Manage large-scale enforcement workflows including domain takedowns and escalations.
• Define goals, track SLAs, and communicate progress and risks to leadership.
• Balance enforcement speed, legal risk, and capacity, aligning team priorities.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to streamline signal triage and coordination at scale.
• Build relationships with registrars, registries, and external partners for enforcement.
• Coach peers on improving enforcement processes and simplifying workflows.
• Identify emerging threats and develop risk mitigation strategies with broader business impact.
