Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of technical program or product management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams focusing on user safety, child safety, or high-risk harm programs.
• Experience operating autonomously across a broad problem space, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Scope problems with a cross-organization view and translate complex technical details into simple communications.
• Define technical program strategy, build plans with technical dependencies, and balance trade-offs to deliver outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end execution of child safety technical programs from ideation to post-implementation.
• Drive cross-organization dependencies and alignment, collaborate on success criteria and metrics across legal, policy, operations, and engineering.
• Identify risks and issues across child safety systems and work with teams to mitigate them.
• Drive adoption of technologies across the child safety infrastructure stack to scale for obligations.
• Build consensus around roadmaps and manage execution while supporting long-term strategy.
• Collaborate across teams and executives in a high-stakes safety environment.
