HCLTech seeks a senior-level HCM Transformation Consultant to lead global HR programs across the US & EMEA. You will architect operating models, drive platform implementations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, ADP, Dayforce), and harmonize processes to deliver measurable value.

You will guide analytics, governance, and stakeholder engagement with CHROs and HR leaders, mentoring delivery teams and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• 15-25 years of HR transformation and global HCM consulting experience.
• Proven leadership implementing Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, ADP, or Dayforce.
• Deep understanding of global HR processes, compliance, and EX-driven service delivery.
• Experience with HR process harmonization and platform integration strategy.
• Hands-on with people analytics and predictive workforce analytics.
• Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting experience preferred.

HCLTech is seeking a senior-level HCM Transformation Consultant to lead complex, global HR transformation programs across the US & EMEA market. The role demands deep functional expertise in Human Capital Management, proven experience with leading HCM platforms, and the ability to drive process harmonization, digital enablement, and workforce analytics. The ideal candidate will partner with CHROs and HR leadership to deliver measurable business value through operating model redesign and next-gen HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• HCM Operating Model Design: Architect future-state HR operating models across the full Hire-to-Retire (H2R) value chain including talent, core HR, learning, performance, and rewards.
• Platform Implementation Leadership: Deliver end-to-end implementations of Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, ADP, and Dayforce, ensuring strategic alignment, process optimization, and governance.
• Process Harmonization: Drive global HR process standardization across regions and business units to improve scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
• Technology & Landscape Advisory: Guide clients on HCM technology strategy, platform roadmap, and integration architecture aligned to digital HR transformation goals.
• People Analytics & Predictive Insights: Enable data-driven HR decision-making through the deployment of advanced analytics, workforce dashboards, and predictive modeling solutions.
• Business Case & Value Realization: Define transformation KPIs, build business cases, and track value across experience, productivity, compliance, and cost.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence CHROs, HR COEs, and transformation leads; facilitate design workshops and governance forums.
• Team Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams and mentor talent across global delivery programs.
• Business Development: Support solutioning, RFP responses, and pursuit initiatives to grow strategic client relationships and consulting portfolio

Other Requirements

• 15-25 years of experience in HR transformation and global HCM consulting.
• Proven leadership in implementing platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, ADP, and Dayforce.
• In-depth understanding of global HR processes, compliance, shared services/COE models, and EX-driven service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in HR process harmonization and platform integration strategy.
• Hands-on with people analytics tools, predictive modeling, and strategic workforce analytics.
• Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting firm is highly preferred.
• Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Certifications in major HCM platforms (e.g., Workday Pro, SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Oracle HCM Cloud) preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Visier, or embedded analytics tools in HCM suites.
