Job summary

American Girl Retail Orlando is seeking an Experience Associate (Doll Hair Stylist) to deliver friendly salon services and adapt to changing business needs at the AG Retail Orlando location, reporting to the Assistant Salon Manager.

You will execute doll hair styles, perform ear piercing services for girls and dolls, manage salon inventory, and participate in events while showcasing product knowledge and engaging customers with upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible retail schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Willing to perform girl ear piercing services.
• Sales experience in the specialty retail or service industry preferred.
• Experience styling hair, especially for dolls, preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly assist customers and provide attentive service.
• Style dolls according to company standards and care techniques.
• Perform ear piercing services for girls and dolls.
• Inventory salon supplies and stock salon area; communicate replenishment needs.
• Participate in Salon events and private parties.
