Perk N Pooch in Sandy Springs, GA is looking for a front desk assistant to join our 41 person team. We are located on 6690 Roswell Rd Suite 360 and are open daily with varied hours.

The ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable, capable of handling front desk tasks and interacting with customers and their dogs. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing friendly customer service in a dog-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in customer service
• Able to articulate with customers and comfortable with dogs

Responsibilities

• Check in dogs (in person and curbside)
• Answer phones
• Make appointments and confirm appointments
• Talk to customers about their appointment
• Answer questions about dogs and grooming
• Make coffee in the coffee shop
• Provide excellent customer service
