Job summary

The Pet Barber Houston is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to greet clients, answer emails, and coordinate with groomers when dogs arrive.

You will manage appointments, maintain a welcoming lobby, ensure vaccines and paperwork are up to date, and help drive monthly KPIs through retail sales and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and call the groomers when their clients arrive.
• Answering emails
• Ensuring all dogs have updated vaccines and paperwork and that you meet your monthly KPI.
• Making appointments.
• Keeping the front desk organized.
• Collecting information from groomers and bathers and add notes and correct prices to each client’s profile.
• Selling retail products to meet monthly KPIs.
• Telling clients about the referral program.
• Making sure that any clients waiting on their dogs feel comfortable and are offered a drink.
• Keeping the lobby hair free and smelling great.
