Job summary

Tailchasers Arlington Pet Resort in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a reliable and motivated Dog Daycare Attendant. You will interact with human and canine guests, answer inquiries by phone/email, and use our system to check dogs in and out.

The role includes supervising playgroups, ensuring dog safety, capturing photos/videos, and assisting with teaching basic obedience commands. Prior experience is not required, and we provide the tools for success.

Qualifications

• US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US
• Standing/walking, kneeling, crouching, squatting, bending, and sitting
• Able to pass a background check
• Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be teachable, flexible, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Interact with human and canine guests
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
• Check dogs in/out using Gingr
• Oversee groups of dogs during playtime and ensure safety
• Capture photos and videos of dogs enjoying themselves
• Assist with teaching basic obedience commands
