Bowie Barker Seattle is seeking experienced Dog Bathers to join our flagship Seattle location. You’ll perform bathing, brushing, drying, nail clipping, and dematting to help every pup look and feel amazing while keeping safety top priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional dog bathing experience.
• Passion for dogs and genuine love for what you do.
• Strong understanding of dog handling, coat types, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all bathing services from start to finish: bathing, brushing, drying, nail clipping, and dematting.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and safe work environment for dogs and teammates.
• Ensuring the physical safety of team members and dogs throughout service.
• Communicate with clients to understand preferences and provide educated upsells of add-ons and products.
• Deliver excellent service that makes every client and pup leave happy.
• Work efficiently bathing 7–10 dogs per day while maintaining Bowie standards of care and quality.
