Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Travel Coordinator to provide on-site support in Arlington, VA. You will apply DoD travel policies, manage travel vouchers, and administer the GTCC program while ensuring compliance with JTR and FMR guidelines.

The role requires an associate's degree and 2+ years of travel coordination experience, with active Secret clearance and daily presence in Arlington. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree required; two+ years travel coordination experience preferred.
• Experience supporting senior government officials, including SES, is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and DoD travel policies.

Aufgaben

• Provide DTS helpdesk support and knowledge of DoD travel policies (JTR, DoD FMR).
• Administer the GTCC program per DoD FMR, vol. 9, ch. 3.
• Process passport/visa applications and research the Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG).
• Perform CTO operations and utilize GSA City Pair airfares; process PCS travel authorizations.
