Job summary

A leading solutions-based company is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and conduct training programs for the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System. This role requires a BS or BA degree and at least three years of training experience. The Technical Trainer will create high-quality training materials and deliver them in various formats to diverse audiences. Strong communication skills are necessary, and the position may allow for hybrid work with occasional travel. The salary range is $70,000 to $85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in formal training or training development activities.
• Two years of experience with AMS Applications.
• One year of experience as a Computer Classroom Instructor or OJT trainer.
• One year of experience in training material development.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality training plans and course schedules.
• Deliver in-depth technical end-user training through various formats.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs to develop training materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to determine training objectives.
