Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a highly experienced department manager from a DoD environment to run a technical department and oversee target training operations to support the war fighter mission.

The ideal candidate will have active Secret clearance, expertise with electro-mechanical installation/maintenance, budgeting, and program management. This on-site role is based at China Lake and requires leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training with 10 years in related fields.
• Minimum of three years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in a DoD environment preferred.
• Strong budgeting, quality assurance, and process improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee target training operations to support the war fighter mission.
• Lead department; supervise personnel within the section.
• Establish guidelines and manage technical performance.
• Interact with customer to ensure requirements are met.
• Interview candidates and make hiring decisions.
• Ensure QA and process improvement goals are met.
• Perform other managerial duties as required.
