Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a cleared Technical Instructor SME for Technical Surveillance in support of a DoD contract. Duty location is Fort Washington, Maryland, with travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, and 5+ years of relevant experience in surveillance methods and equipment.

You will teach and develop curriculum, deliver technical training to diverse cohorts, and collaborate with DoD elements to ensure mission readiness. Must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required, ability to obtain Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience with technical information collection equipment for War on Terrorism objectives.
• OPSEC planning and execution, evaluating building construction techniques.
• Experience in surveillance photography including lowlight exposures and long lens operations.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Premiere for photo/video production.
• Ability to install covert audio/video systems and configure DVRS/transmitters.

Responsibilities

• Teach, mentor, and advise senior military personnel on equipment, capabilities, and TTPs.
• Assist in curriculum development and CONOPs.
• Provide training on specialized equipment as needed.
• Design and deliver training for varying levels of learners.
