i3, headquartered in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a candidate to support systems engineering and modeling activities for DoD customers. The role emphasizes MBSE, SysML/UAF modeling, and enterprise architecture across multi-discipline teams within a DoD environment.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in systems engineering, DoD program experience, and an active US Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of systems engineering and integration experience.
• 3+ years experience supporting DoD programs.
• Experience with MBSE tools: Magic Draw and IBM Rhapsody.
• Active US Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge of SysML and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements, test planning, risk management, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Enterprise-level Systems Engineering support using MBSE models.
• Develop enterprise roadmaps and system-of-systems integration plans.
• Analyze integration results to assess system impact.
• Lead interoperability studies across services.
• Prepare technical briefings for leadership on model development and V&V.
• Utilize MBSE tools (MagicDraw, Teamwork Cloud) to ensure traceability.
• Create and maintain UML/SysML/UAF models for enterprise architecture.
