McBride Consulting seeks a General/Interdisciplinary Engineer for the AFLCMC/ES ESS Division at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will contribute to system design, architecture, and program support across DoD lifecycle phases, from analysis through deployment and sustainment.

Requirements include US citizenship, a Secret clearance, and ABET-accredited engineering degree with DoD experience; excellent analytical, leadership, and collaborative skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to communicate effectively with government and contractor teams.
• Ability to provide expert guidance to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design & Architecture activities across the lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation and analyses.
• Support acquisition, system engineering processes, and risk management.
• Develop TEMP, test plans, and validation activities.
• Participate in system performance, cost, and reliability trade studies.
