Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Vienna, VA is seeking a System Administrator to support JECC workstation and networked environments.

The role includes system installation, configuration, operations, and Tier 1–2 troubleshooting, with emphasis on DoD-style security and government-facing IT operations. The successful candidate will manage user accounts across NIPR/SIPR/JWICS, maintain baseline images, and coordinate with DoD service providers to enable operational missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of system administration or enterprise IT operations experience.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.
• Experience with DoD networks and enterprise Microsoft environments.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and remove JECC-managed servers.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 system administration support.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across NIPR/SIPR domains, Office 365, SharePoint Online.
• Install and configure desktop and laptop systems and networked peripherals.
• Maintain security baselines and compliance with requirements.
• Use government ticketing systems and support reporting requirements.
• Support IT operations for exercises, deployments, and events.
