MANTECH seeks a motivated System Administrator to join the Air Force / Space team at Eglin AFB. The role provides support for classified networks and operational personnel. Responsibilities include server and patch management, Hyper-V, Windows Server environments, and collaboration with ISSO for data transfers.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of related experience, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II+ certification. Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2 more years can substitute for a degree.
• At least 6 years of direct/related experience.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Hyper-V/VMware/ESX/Xen hypervisors, enterprise networking/firewalls/IDS/IPS, forensic analysis/vulnerability assessment, Group Policy management.

Responsabilités

• Determine hardware, software, and system specifications and configuration requirements.
• Patch, fix, and keep all assigned systems compliant.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper-V and multiple Windows Server platforms.
• Provide user support for account management and enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with ISSO for data transfers and media creation.
• Manage user accounts and work with back office administrators as needed.
• Handle other hardware and software tasks as assigned.
