Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to guide DoD program lifecycles. You will coordinate requirements, budgets and staffing with the PMO, ensuring efficiencies and cost savings through change management and best practices.

You will design, implement and maintain impactful projects, collaborating with FEDSIM and DoD clients while navigating governance and risk management to deliver outcomes that align with customer missions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with data entry, database management, data tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-location program environment.
• Ability to effectively engage project stakeholders.
• Ability to identify, recommend, and guide process improvement procedures.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain impactful projects through coordination with the PMO and teammates.
• Coordinate requirements, budget constraints and staffing with program management teams.
• Incorporate FEDSIM best practices, DoD standards and change management to enable efficiencies and cost savings.
