Radius Aerospace – Hot Springs is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal parts and assemblies used in the aviation industry. We utilize various metal forming techniques and manufacturing processes, serving commercial, military, regional jet, helicopter, and general aviation markets.

Position Summary

If you enjoy working with your hands and building things, join our team to help manufacture aircraft parts from sheet metal. You will operate large hydraulic presses, work with molds, and use chemical processes to produce parts for fighter jets, helicopters, and other aircraft. Responsibilities include machine operation, crane handling, pressure washing, reading work orders, forklift driving, handling aluminum sheets carefully, and working as part of a team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate hand routing tools using customer-provided tooling.
• Stand for up to 10 hours daily and work in varying temperature environments.
• Report to work punctually, follow supervisor instructions, collaborate with co-workers, and adhere to work rules and procedures.
• This is an entry-level position with training provided.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with applications.
• Active military member preparing to transition out.
