Duration: SkillBridge Internship (Up to 180 Days)

Eligibility Requirement: Active-duty U.S. military member within 180 days of separation, with commander’s intent to approve participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program for 90–180 days.

About the Role:

As an IT Systems Administrator at Elevait Solutions, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the systems and infrastructure that power our fully remote workforce. You’ll manage internal IT environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and support cloud-based systems used across the business. This role is ideal for transitioning servicemembers with experience in network operations, cybersecurity, systems support, or IT help desk functions.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer cloud-based infrastructure and systems, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other SaaS platforms
• Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, backups, and security compliance
• Provide technical support to team members across devices, apps, and access issues
• Manage user provisioning, permissions, and device policies across tools and environments
• Support implementation of IT policies, security protocols, and software rollouts
• Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and integration issues across platforms
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, asset inventories, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT readiness for projects and new hires

What You’ll Learn:

This SkillBridge internship is designed for transitioning servicemembers with a background in IT or cybersecurity, looking to pivot into civilian systems administration or cloud operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing real-world enterprise systems in a fully distributed, tech-forward company.
