Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active requisitions.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and summarize to hiring managers.
• Coordination & Administration: Schedule interviews and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Recruiting Operations Support: Produce weekly pipeline reports and track time-to-fill metrics.

Is seeking a DoD SkillBridge participant to join our team as a recruiter through a structured 26-week internship program.

This hands-on opportunity provides exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle within a federal consulting environment. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, offer support, and overall recruiting operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for transitioning service members to gain practical experience in talent acquisition while supporting mission-driven federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Development
• Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn,), military transition platforms, professional networks and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active requisitions.
• Conduct Boolean searches and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing
• Review resumes and applications against position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest and availability.
• Deliver structured candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordination & Administration
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Draft, edit and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
• Recruiting Operations Support
• Produce weekly pipeline reports and track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill)
