Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide technical support to MCISRE systems
• Specialized understanding of MCISRE operations, networks, and maintenance requirements
• Ability to provide system network assistance including MCISRE configuration support and LAN/WAN operations
• Experience delivering system administration support focused on readiness, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Capable of serving as the primary system operator and resolving issues as they arise
• Ability to deliver training on system operations, networks, and administration
• Experience providing RITC instructor services including assessments and training materials
• Experience supporting software/hardware integration, testing, and fielding for MCISRE programs
• Ability to provide fielding support and meet TurnAroundTime requirements
• Willingness to provide onsite Field Service Support and helpdesk support, including potential deployment to active zones

Responsibilities

• Provide support to MCISR-E system offices and training centers, including deployment and upgrades
• Deliver on-site field service support, training, and help desk assistance as needed
• Support system interoperability, networks, and administration for MCISR-E platforms
• Contribute to testing, fielding, and integration activities for DCGS-MC programs
• Assist with operational setup and troubleshooting to ensure system readiness
• Deliver over-the-shoulder training and classroom instruction on system operations and networks
• Support RITC training exercises and evaluation activities
