Job summary

The Building People, LLC has a full-time Site Superintendent - Department of Defense role. The Site Superintendent provides on site leadership for installation, integration, testing, and maintenance activities for Industrial Control Systems, including UMCS, HVAC controls and DDC, SCADA, Fire Alarm Systems, Electronic Security Systems, and metering.

You will coordinate daily work, interface with facility stakeholders, oversee subcontractors and craft labor, enforce safety and quality processes,

Qualifications

• On-site leadership for installation, integration, testing and maintenance of Industrial Control Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work for installation, integration, testing and maintenance of ICS (UMCS, HVAC controls and DDC, SCADA).
• Interface with facility stakeholders and oversee subcontractors and craft labor.
• Enforce safety and quality processes, validate materials and submittals.
• Support commissioning and ensure work conforms to approved plans and specifications.
• Partner with Project Manager to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, cybersecurity and security objectives.
