Job summary

The Building People, LLC, has a full-time opening for an Electrical Engineer to support Department of Defense projects. You will design and provide technical support for facility control systems, including UMCS, HVAC controls and DDC, SCADA, Fire Alarm Systems, ESS, and metering, and produce calculations, drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical) from an accredited university or college.
• Advanced degree in engineering or related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and willingness to travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and technical support for facility control system projects (UMCS, HVAC controls, DDC, SCADA, FAS, ESS, metering).
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation; coordinate interfaces; assist with submittals and RFIs.
