Responsibilities

• Receives material and validates source, quantities, recipient(s), and invoice data.
• Packages and prepares material and documents for outgoing shipments.
• Coordinates and obtains financial approval to ship packages nationwide and worldwide; maintains FY files.
• Maintains financial audit readiness for inbound and outbound documentation.
