Job summary

Groundswell seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver SAP ERP training for DoD programs. You will create instructional materials and lead sessions across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectations.

The role requires 1–3 years in ERP training, SAP focus, and DoD familiarity. You will be on-site in the DC area, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple training tracks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years as a training specialist in ERP environments.
• 2 years focused on SAP environments.
• 1 year SAP training in FI, CO, FM or Supply Management.
• Experience in agile development, SAFe and/or DevSecOps.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and local to DC Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise SAP training courses and catalogs.
• Prepare student materials (manuals, workbooks, handouts, certificates).
• Deliver formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
• Produce training progress reports and monitor project status.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure training objectives are met.
• Design processes and procedures for SAP and related systems.
