Job summary

Groundswell Corporation is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for an SAP ERP environment, primarily supporting the Department of Defense. The candidate will conduct classroom courses, workshops, and develop training materials while ensuring that training objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience as a training specialist, familiarity with SAP, and must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance. Comprehensive benefits, including medical plans and 401(k) match, are offered.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret security clearance.
• 1–3 years relevant experience as a training specialist in an ERP environment.
• 2 years focused specifically on SAP.
• 1 year of SAP training experience in FI, CO, FM or Supply Management.
• Must be local to the DC Metro area and willing to be on client site in DC.

Responsibilities

• Research to develop and revise training courses.
• Conduct formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with teams to define and design processes for SAP training materials.
• Prepare reports and monitor training tasks.
