Job summary

MLT Systems is seeking a Safety Analyst to support the Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health process for a DoD program in Stafford, VA. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with Secret clearance preferred and the ability to obtain it.

The analyst will draft and coordinate safety documentation, plan safety-focused engineering phases, and liaise with customers to present findings and manage technical reviews. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and coordinate staffing of safety reports and documents.
• Plan and coordinate engineering work related to safety requirements.
• Support technical findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with customers; present findings and attend meetings.
• Consult with stakeholders to support management decisions.
• Coordinate technical reviews; maintain meeting minutes and calendars.
• Apply safety processes to inform the program schedule.
