Peraton seeks a Requirements Analyst for SITEC-3 at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. You will translate requirements into operational solutions and collaborate across departments to support NetOps, ERP solutions, and enterprise IT services 24x7x365.

The role demands analytical thinking, strong communication, and PM experience; DoD clearance is required. Target salary range is posted with potential overtime and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Background in systems or network engineering preferred.
• Certifications ITIL Foundations, Project+, CAPM or PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical problems and develop corrective actions or improvements, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with Enterprise capabilities and practices.
• Analyze and define systems, functions, process and user needs.
• Develop and design technical solutions to meet unique operational requirements, leveraging a broad array of technical capabilities, tools, and services.
• Develop and recommend policies and procedures to transition solutions from concept, through planning, to Operations.
• Lead projects to update and modernize existing systems based on changes in operational need, policy, or organizational strategy.
• Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides to enhance user acceptance and system integration.
• Develop collaborative relationships with USSOCOM J6 Enterprise innovation and modernization elements and leading integration of new technologies and capabilities at the TSOC level.
