Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking an experienced Red Team Penetration Tester to conduct penetration testing and offensive cybersecurity operations for U.S. Government and DoD systems. You will collaborate with Blue Team and cybersecurity professionals to enhance the overall cyber posture.

This role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and may require Top Secret with SCI eligibility; US citizenship is required for clearances. Five years' software engineering experience in DoD/IT is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret with SCI preferred.
• Five (5) years' experience in software engineering for DoD/IT systems.
• Linux with firm grasp and Windows enterprise network knowledge.
• Strong experience with penetration testing tools and red team operations.
• Experience with AWS, cloud security, and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing and offensive cybersecurity operations for DoD/US Government systems.
• Collaborate with Blue Team to improve overall cyber posture.
• Document findings and provide actionable remediation guidance.
• Support red team operations and risk-based security assessments.
