Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking an experienced Red Team Penetration Tester to conduct penetration testing and offensive cybersecurity operations for U.S. Government and DoD systems. You will collaborate with Blue Team and cybersecurity professionals to enhance overall cyber posture.

At minimum an ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required; ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI Eligibility is preferred. Applicants must be US Citizens and may undergo security investigations for access to classified information.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' experience in software engineering applied to program development; modeling and simulation applied to DoD or IT systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Penetration Testing tools (Kali, Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike).
• Experience with Red Team operations and security testing in DoD/ government contexts.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming: Python, C, C++, Go, PowerShell, and related technologies.
• Experience with enterprise environments (AD, Azure Entra ID, MFA, SSO) and network security controls.
• Experience with AWS and cloud architectures, security best practices for cloud services.
