Job summary

Thompson Gray seeks a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management in an onsite role at Fort Meade, MD. The person will verify property records, assemble documentation, and generate weekly and monthly reports for installation directorates.

Qualifications include 2+ years of experience, a relevant degree (or CPA/CDFM/CGFM/PMP), and no required security clearance (NACI favorable for CAC issuance).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Clearance: No security clearance required; favorably adjudicated NACI for CAC issuance.

Responsibilities

• Support physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
• Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
