Job summary

Thompson Gray is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This onsite role involves validating asset records, assembling documentation, and generating reports for garrisons and Installation Directorates.

You will perform data entry, verify GFEBS records, and assist in preparing space assignments and weekly/monthly status reports. The position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits at an Unclassified level.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; related certification (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP). 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.
No security clearance required; unfurnished Unclassified work; requires favorable NACI for CAC issuance and Army verification.

Responsibilities

Support physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
