Thompson Gray Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Management Consultant I to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management in Miami, FL. You will validate asset records, assemble documentation, and generate validation and status reports.

Qualifications include 2+ years of experience, analytical writing ability, and a BA/MA in a related field or certs like CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP. No security clearance required; NACI for CAC issuance may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Education: BA/MA or related certification; 4 additional years may be substituted.
• Clearance: No security clearance; favorable NACI for CAC issuance.

Responsibilities

• Support real property asset record validation and documentation assembly.
• Prepare weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
