SYNCADD Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Property Data Analyst at Fort Drum, NY to operate GFEBS for CFOA compliance. You will enter and maintain real property records, ensuring data accuracy, auditable trails, and current status as directed by the Team Lead.

The ideal candidate has details-oriented data entry skills, integrates basic accounting concepts, and collaborates effectively within a team. On-site work at Fort Drum is required, with potential for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate, detail-oriented data entry skills and basic familiarity with accounting processes and procedures
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality work
• Motivated and able to function as part of a team
• Availability for occasional travel up to one week in duration
• Ability to work full-time on site at Fort Drum, NY, during required Government operating hours

Responsibilities

• Perform daily GFEBS data entry and edit and compile real property data in GFEBS
• Create new facility records in GFEBS
• Complete building disposal actions in GFEBS
• Adjust pooled space and rental space contracts, and update Unit Identification Code (UIC) contract assignments in GFEBS
• Support real property workflows and processes at the installation level
• Apply Army category codes and Unit Identification Codes (UICs) correctly
• Maintain and update documented standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare supporting documentation and reports as requested

Job Summary

SYNCADD Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Property Data Analyst at Fort Drum, NY, to operate the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) in support of installation Chief Financial Officers Act (CFOA) compliance. You will enter and maintain real property records in GFEBS as directed by the Team Lead, helping ensure the installation's facility and financial data is accurate, auditable, and current.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform daily GFEBS data entry and edit and compile real property data in GFEBS


• Create new facility records in GFEBS


• Complete building disposal actions in GFEBS


• Adjust pooled space and rental space contracts, and update Unit Identification Code (UIC) contract assignments in GFEBS

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Fort Drum installation access (due to federal contract requirements)

Preferred Qualifications

• One year or more of daily GFEBS data entry experience


• Experience with real property workflows and processes at military installations


• Working knowledge of Army category codes and Unit Identification Codes (UICs)


• Experience preparing Army or DoD documentation and reports


• Prior military experience or experience supporting a Directorate of Public Works (DPW)

Work Environment

This position is performed on site at Fort Drum, NY, in an office setting at a computer workstation. Occasional travel of up to one week may be required.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience, and includes health care and retirement benefits. A relocation allowance is not provided for this position.
